Returns

Just about any item* purchased at our online store can be returned NO QUESTIONS ASKED, if you change your mind, or it doesn't fit, providing you do so within 7 days of receiving the item and you don't destroy any specific product packaging when opening items!

If something doesn't fit properly we can exchange it for another size, or give you a refund. Look for the following icons on a product to see which GUARANTEE applies.

NOTE: If an item is damaged in shipment, we do not offer a "return", unless you select the "INSURANCE" Freight option at check out. We inspect every item for defects before shipping, and thoroughly pack all items. But we do ship using Australia Post's normal mail service. If you selected REGISTERED POST or INSURED POST at check-out, and an item is damaged during shipment, please take it directly to your local Australia Post Shop. Do not send it back to us, as this will void any liability of Australia Post on the claim. Damaged parcels must be inspected at the nearest Post Office to the delivery address. Australia Post will then process the claim on the spot for you.

 

To return an item, you first need to email us and request a RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER. Once the Return Authority Number is issued, you can send the goods back to us:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

* Return Exclusions: Unfortunately due to Product Liability Insurance restrictions, the following items CANNOT be returned:

- Life Support Items (PPE, Harnesses, Ropes and Webbing or anything used for personal life support)
- Sale/Clearance Items
- Special Order Items
- Items damaged in shipping (unless you have selected the insurance option)
- Gas/Butane/Fuel canisters as they cannot be sent via Australia Post.

We also do not accept returns of CLEARANCE Items.
