Unlike many online stores, we also have a real 'bricks and mortar' shop, where you can come in and try stuff on or talk to a real person, who uses the gear. In 2010 we have also started using warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney, in order to cope with the demands of our massive range of brands (which is growing every week).
In 2011 we are currently moving to a new Melbourne Store at 292 StKilda Road, ST KILDA, but it's not quite ready for visitors until 23/5/2011, so we only have the online. All our phone numbers should be working again now.
Telephone Orders:
We now offer a Telephone Ordering Service for those that don't like processing data over the internet. Telephone orders are available between 9:30am-5pm Monday to Friday ONLY. Simply give us a call on Frecall™ 1800 GEARSTORE (1800 432778) and advise you'd like to make a 'telephone order'. Please note that we charge an additional $15 order processing fee (WAIVED DURING DECEMBER 2011) for all telephone orders, as it takes us time to collect your information and process the payment manually. We may also request additional information for verification purposes, under our fraud prevention policy.
Credit Card Payments over the Phone:
If you prefer not to use your card online, we understand. We have a dedicated IVR phone payments system, that accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Simply check-out as normal, but select the DIRECT DEPOSIT button (pictured below). Once you receive your invoice via return email, you can call our payments number below to pay your invoice. You MUST quote your 4 digit ORDER NUMBER, or we will not be able to allocate your payment to your invoice as we handle so many payments daily. To make a phone credit card payment when checking out:
