To the Staff at the Outdoor Gear Store, Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service. A few days after placing the order online an email arrived advising that it was shipped and a couple of days later I had it in my hands. All this for an order of a few dollars, caps for platy bottles and gaskets for Sigg bottles (I have been trying for several years to find someone who stocked them). It is great to find a store that actually carries spare parts for the products it sells. I definitely will be a returning customer and also telling my family and friends. My initial phone call to confirm some sizes was meet with some of the most competent and welcoming customer service I have come across within your industry. A true feeling that the staff were interested in one thing and that was how they could help supply me with the item I wanted and to make sure it was exactly what I needed.

Thank you for the information and the advice regarding the shipment. I am awaiting the delivery of these , but expect them probably today or tomorrow.
